Imani's POV

In the end, Mother was wrong. Instead of needing to be in the hospital for a week, I was released after 4 days. Healing was never Mother's strong suit. Other than seeing Thomas point a gun at me in my dreams, I was fully back to normal. Unfortunately, this meant I had to start the training that Mother mentioned. They gave me 2 weeks off from school, so I was stuck in training every day.
